刘海波，男，中共党员，副教授、博士、硕士生导师。现在中国矿业大学安全工程学院从事安全工程和消防工程的教学和科研工作。主持国家博士点基金项目1项，参加国家自然科学基金项目2项，负责企业委托项目60余项，每年科研经费在百万以上。研究成果获江苏省科技进步二等奖1项，中国煤炭工业协会科技进步二等奖1项，国家能源局科技进步三等奖1项。获得国家发明专利1项。在国内外权威期刊发表学术论文10余篇，其中SCI检索2篇，EI检索3篇。联系方式：13585391602 liuhaibo-8888@163.com。
